Episode 003 - TangoAlpha Super Sets

Join us for an intuitive walkthrough of sets designed by Tim Arnot, a DAZ 3D published artist known by his call sign, TangoAlpha. Tim is an avid aviation enthusiast and private pilot since 2005, Tim’s passion for flight simulations sparked his initial foray into digital design, beginning with scenery creation for flight simulators using GMax.

Transitioning from crafting digital environments for flight simulators to mastering 3D modeling, Tim now uses Blender and Substance Painter to produce a wide array of highly detailed super sets and assets for DAZ Studio. His work spans from dynamic vehicle designs, like the Enzo Vision Formula and the Mercury Coupe, to expansive environments such as Medieval Hall and Gardens, the Country Ford, the Old Railway Cutting and Gate 43. Each creation reflects realism, careful set design and an imaginative approach to digital environments, catering to storytellers and artists alike!

In this Creative Cart episode, Dartanbeck will talk with TangoAlpha as they explore some of his most popular sets.

The Creative Cart - Episodes 1-4 Teaser Trailer

A special Thank You to All who have attended, and to those yet to join.

These Free webinars that later become a collectable series through Daz 3D are a real art collaboration experience that I enjoy Very Much! It's such a wonderful thing when we can demonstrate this cool stuff with a live audience who are all invited to join in on the topics and share their art and experiences, ask questions... it's artists hanging out with artists! I Love It!!!

This Show was a Blast!!! Thanks to All Who Came!!!

I truly Love teaching people useful techniques that make their experience easier, better, and a lot more fun. I think I did that today with demonstrating many ways to create our own Iray materials using our Legacy Poser content - using Predatron's amazing legacy catalog to illustrate the instruction.

Lorenzo and Loretta should truly scare No one!

I've shown how easily we can work with them in quick situations without even converting to Iray shaders, later illustrating some of the reasons why it's actually a lot better in the long run to actually use Iray material shaders - for Iray's sake.

Episode 004 - The Amazing Predatron

It Was Awesome!!!

We had a Great Time exploring the Super Sets of the brilliant artist at Daz 3D - my friend, TangoAlpha!

Many of his products were not only born in Carrara, but include Carrara versions of the product - specifically for Carrara users! I Love That!!!

From ultra-realistic exteriors to imaginative space craft interiors, back to historical urban environments and sets that can truly fit in nearly any genre, TangoAlpha's store at Daz 3D has a Lot to Offer!

It was awesome having TangoAlpha, himself, on the show! He gave us some cool insights to the products and even demonstrated with us a product of his that was yet to be released to the store at the time! It's a Massive... oh... wait. I don't want to spoil the surprise!

Check out the new page exploring some of the products and topics we've explored in the exciting Episode 003 - TangoAlpha Super sets!

A Digital Art Live Experience

Now Available at Daz 3d - a Special new educational course that I've been anxious to share with everyone.

Paul Bussey, from Digital Art Live, offered an amazing opportunity for me to tell my story of how I've unlocked the key to a super-easy approach to animating in Daz Studio - something that a majority of animators consider to be nearly impossible, and for good reason. Daz Studio is set up differently than traditional animating software, making it feeling clunky, even unfriendly to folks who are used to animating.

Well such a thing is difficult to tell in a few words or even a single article here on the site. It's something that needs to be seen, worked through, demonstrated.

Paul's offer is just that. He loves seeing other artist's work and he has a wonderful drive at helping artists learn new skills to better themselves at what they want to do. In that, we are both incredibly similar, for those are my goals as well!

So we've got together in several video conferences and built a solid idea on how to go about this beneficial workflow.

The result is a course that takes us from a full animation workflow from start to end, followed by individual tutorials related to the techniques used within the workflow.

Let's get focused on mastering “aniMate 2” in DAZ Studio! AniMate 2 combines a user-friendly interface with sophisticated features, making it a valuable and core tool for animating your visual stories.

Dartanbeck uses AniMate 2 at the heart of his workflow and reveals in this tutorial set how to make the most of this and other hyper-useful tools such as LimbStick, Bone Minion and Mixamo for effective animation storytelling in DAZ Studio.

This tutorial set by Dartanbeck is for you if...

This is for you if you want to accomplish:

The Power of aniMate 2!!!

Total tutorial set running time: 5 hours and 1 minute

Paul and I are at it again! We thought it would be a Great idea to demonstrate ways to Really perform some Cool Magic with your Daz Studio work, whether it's animated or still.

This is one session you won't want to miss!

There are many ways to build, save and render our Daz 3D scenes.

In Movie Magic we’ll explore workflows for creating specific, separate renders that are purposely made to be melded together into a single, final image.

Whether for you’re making still images OR animations, these practices add Magic by allowing us total freedom over the look of Every element within the scene.

You’ll see how much Faster we can work – how much more we can get done with an efficient workflow.

The additional tools and elements demonstrated are not essential to the course, but shown to inspire creativity in using them. The main things that we will take away from all of this can be achieved with your own library of content assets.
